I returned an order to FullBeauty, apparently nine days past their "new" sixty day policy that went into effect in July. I have shopped at this company for quite sometime. At no time did I receive an email or a letter stating their return policy.
I received my return order back, everything was taken out of the original packaging, and placed into a bag.
I called customer service and spoke to five different supervisors. none of which were helpful. I also received an email regarding this return stating that it would be credited if returned within 90 days (their old policy)! I mentioned this to the customer service person and they said "oh sorry we will get that corrected, but we still can honor your return."
I AM DONE SHOPPING AT THIS COMPANY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THEIR RETURN POLICY IS RIDICULOUS
