Hi. On June 7th 2023, I placed an order for 3 dresses from this web site and paid with my personal debit card, $118.91.
I left town 2 days later for a family reunion and was gone for 4 days. During my absence - my order was left in front of my front door - in a flimsy, shiny plastic bag; HOWEVER , it was NOT THERE when I returned.(I have only a picture of delivery. ) I contacted FULLBEAUTY.COM looking for my dresses - and was told they had been left in my absence & to fill out a "loss affidavit" they sent by email - and I would be refunded from El Paso,. TX.
I DID THAT! Didn't happen. Then they wanted a "POLICE REPORT" 5 weeks later - even though the affidavit they sent me CLEARLY stated "that a police report was ONLY necessary for orders over $200.". My charge was $118.91?
So now, completely EMBARRASSED - I called the police -and got them to come out and file, A POLICE REPORT which THEN had to be personally faxed to them by the police dept. & refused by email - to which they then assured me "my refund was being processed.". HASN'T happened. FULLBEAUTY has made me write to their CS dept.
43 times in 7 weeks now trying to get my little bit of money back. I've also called twice when most all of their replies have been careless, repetitive and incorrect . For Instance, "we haven't received the affidavit yet" after FULLBEAUTY had ALREADY confirmed (they had) and THEN demanding that the police report be (personally faxed to them) instead of emailed as a PDF. document which I did first and was "DECLINED.".
ITS' BEEN ONE RIDICULOUS *(extra REQUEST) after another and now that I've complied with all their extra requirements, *(NOT REQUIRED by their own affidavit rules and regulations) - now they've completely stopped acknowledging my inquiries AT ALL. ?? THIS COMPANY has been THE WORST ONLINE RETAIL EXPERIENCE Of MY entire LIFE! I'm 60 _ and do all my shopping online as mobility is hard for me.
I highly caution YOU do NOT USE THIS FULLBEAUTY.com company and then leave your house before the package arrives. I never expected it to be here 3 days after I ordered it. Their carrier should not have left it at my door stoop WHEN I WASN'T HOME they way they did. It was that laziness that got it stolen off my front porch to begin with.
A sorry we missed you *(pick up NOTICE) on my door would have avoided all this headache - but the carriers have become beyond LAZY since COVID. That's what has infuriated me now. Fullbeauty's lack of responsibility and ACCOUNTABILITY IN THE ENORMOUS amt of CONTENT request & replies I've had to go through *43 emails at this writing - and the RIDICULOUSNESS of their NONSTOP demands, that had just become outrageous, in order to get my money back for MERCHANDISE I NEVER RECEIVED! .
They've tried to make me just give up and quit. It's been over 2 months trying to comply with all their continued ADD ON DEMANDS - so i can't call my bank and simply reverse the charges now. I should have don't that immediately - but I trusted - if I went through Fullbeauty's LOST process - THEY WOULD REFUND my money - which they have promised for 2 months would happen and HAS NOT - still declined!??? Now they don't even answer me on CS EMAIL anymore.
They are IGNORING ME & my very simple and justified request _ "please reply when I can expect my refund?" Just outrageous behavior for $118.91 cents. This full beauty company does business as Catherine's, the woman within and 8 other names that I won't mention.
JUST DON'T DO BUSINESS ONLINE here and leave your home before you receive the merchandise. They will do everything in their power TO MAKE YOU JUST GO AWAY and just keep your money -LIKE THEY'VE KEPT MINE FOR almost 8 weeks now.

I happen to be viewing my monthly charges this week and I noticed a charge from FBBREWARD for $14.95. I know that I didnt purchase anything this week/month and wondered why there was a charge.
I checked at Full Beauty website and there was nothing charged to my account because I did not have an account with them I use PayPal. I then checked PayPal and there it was!! 2 FULL YEARS of recurring charges I have no clue as to what the charges were for also, had no clue as to when I approved of whatever it was. Ive been swindled before.
In the meantime, I double checked my BoA monthly statements and THERE THEY WERE MONTHLY CHARGES from FBBREWARD in the amount of $14.95.
Again, I have absolutely NO IDEA why they were charging that amount or when it started. Ive disputed all the charges thru Bank of America and they issued me a new charge card.
They are also BLOCKING any future transactions from FBBREWARD. Full Beauty Company in my opinion is an abhorrent corporation totally lacking values, ethics, and ethos in the treatment of their customers.

I placed an order with his company on May 13, they entrusted it to FedEx on the May 17, and on May 20 it was to arrive at a USPS sorting center to be handed off to USPS for delivery. And for 20 days no changes, no package delivery and full beauty would do absolutely nothing.
Two chat conversations were both stressful, but the second one they did agree to refund the order, and told me to call their 800 number and a rep would replace the order with the same pricing and shipping charges. If they had done that, a mishap would have been fixed by good customer service. THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE HERE IN MY EXPERIENCE! Mind you, their shipping is five times more than anyone else I deal with.
That must be where they make all their money. I spent almost an hour on the phone with JALEN, and after multiple attempts to speak his language, not mine, he was trying to charge me 2.5 times the amount I paid for the original order and more shipping. I've had the same experience with this company before, and unfortunately the size Clothing they offer, it is sometimes a necessity to let them overcharge us for not only the item but the shipping to get some thing needed. But I will never ever shop here again.
Please note for beauty, quit sending me to magazines a day to order from your site, I don't even bother to use them for birdcage liner. You people are awful, the worst, in my opinion!

Continuous problems with billing & customer service
Hello, my name is Lana Penrose. I recently opened an account with Full Beauty Credit Card Account.
I've had nothing but constant problems with my account. 1st time was my account was never credited for a returned item. Received a letter saying they were unable to locate this return. I looked and found it with no problems.
I tried locating my Credit Card Statement online to make a payment, I was only able to locate one item. This item had no detailed info on the purchase. I even tried reaching customer service but was unable due to lengthy wait times. The system kicked me out and said try again later.
That occurred 2 days in a row. I was finally able to make a payment. But, still unable to view any activity on my account. So, I paid it off except for the amount I was due for the credit.
Then I received a late fee. Then a returned check fee because I input one wrong number. They were unwilling to help me with these fees except for the 1st one that I felt was their fault, not mine. Then I asked for a statement because I can't see all these charges on my account.
I received a letter saying please find the enclosed copy of the billing statement that you requested. BUT THERE WAS NO STATEMENT IN THE ENVELOPE. I'M UNWILLING TO PAY THEM A DIME UNTIL SOMEONE IS WILLING TO LISTEN AND REMOVE SOME OF THESE FEES. REMOVE SOM FE good this.

Supposedly my order shipped, it just has not arrived on time. I paid $30 extra for expedited delivery but "Customer service" via chat says I have to wait 5 more days before it can even be researched.
Then I either get my order refunded or they try to send it again. UNACCEPTABLE! Meanwhile, my order from Lane Bryant was placed, shipped and received.....for FREE. Once again Full Beauty brands is a disappointment.
I am making sure to post my experiences on every platform possible since the last time I had a question (a MONTH ago) I still have yet to receive a response.
Instead I got the same BS as here that response times are bad etc etc etc...except your competitors don't seem to have that problem do they? All I got was a free shipping coupon that did not work and another excuse for poor customer service
